Your recipes are stored in your account, so if you delete and reinstall the app, you can simply log back in to access all your saved recipes.

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Go to Settings > Delete Account. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your saved recipes and this action cannot be undone.
